1. Tournament Entry Fees Refund Policy of FF ESPORTS HUB

All tournament entry fees, token deposits, and slot bookings processed on the FF ESPORTS HUB platform are final. Once a player registers and books a seat for a specific match or competitive lobby, it cannot be canceled, and the entry fee is non-refundable.

2. Match Outage & Cancellation Refunds on FF ESPORTS HUB

If a tournament or competitive lobby is canceled by the FF ESPORTS HUB administration due to technical errors, scheduling issues, or platform-wide outages, the full entry fee will be refunded back to the user's tournament wallet balance within 24 hours.

3. Disqualification & Compliance under FF ESPORTS HUB

No refunds will be granted to players who are disqualified from an active match or tournament for violating the fair play policies of FF ESPORTS HUB.
